2.1 By accessing the scrplay3 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the scrplay3 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and scrplay3 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
3.1 Age Requirement. Membership of the scrplay3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. 21+ By registering, you represent and warrant that you have attained the age of 21. scrplay3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the scrplay3 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. scrplay3 does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. If use of the Platform is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register or place bets.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one scrplay3 Account. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding account closures, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited. scrplay3 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any associated accounts will be closed and balances across all such accounts forfeited.
3.5 KYC Verification. scrplay3 is required by its licensing authority to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all members. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested — including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or payment method confirmation — within the timeframe specified by scrplay3. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed satisfactorily.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. scrplay3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. You must notify scrplay3 customer support immediately upon becoming aware, or having reason to suspect, that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Contact: [email protected].
4.3 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your scrplay3 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the relevant game rules. Any remaining Wallet balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
4.4 Account Suspension by scrplay3. scrplay3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where scrplay3 reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) use of the Platform by an ineligible person; or (d) a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. scrplay3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the scrplay3 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). scrplay3 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 10, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) consistency between the withdrawal method and the deposit method (anti-money laundering requirement). scrplay3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. scrplay3 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during operational hours. scrplay3 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. scrplay3 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are legally owned by the Account holder. scrplay3 reserves the right to require additional documentation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 All scrplay3 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to your scrplay3 Wallet as promotional balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before associated winnings become withdrawable as real funds.
6.3 Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional rules — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
6.4 scrplay3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per member, household, device, and IP address.
7.1 All bets placed on the scrplay3 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and product-specific terms applicable to that game or market, as published on the Platform. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Once placed and confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. scrplay3 reserves the right to void bets that were placed due to manifest error, system malfunction, or odds that deviated materially from the true market rate.
7.3 scrplay3 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual members or markets at its sole discretion, including maximum single bet amounts and maximum payout caps.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session, scrplay3's server records shall be the definitive record for determining the outcome of the game round in question.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
9.1 All content on the scrplay3 Platform — including but not limited to the scrplay3 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of scrplay3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the scrplay3 Platform without prior written consent.
10.1 The scrplay3 Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay3 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 scrplay3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.3 scrplay3's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits scrplay3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 scrplay3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 21+ All gaming products on the Platform are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling involves real financial risk and can be habit-forming for some individuals.
11.2 scrplay3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible via account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time limits and reality checks; (c) cooling-off periods; (d) temporary self-suspension; (e) permanent self-exclusion.
11.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and seek support from independent organisations. scrplay3 supports access to responsible gaming resources provided by international gaming authority bodies.
11.4 Once a self-exclusion is in effect, scrplay3 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded member from accessing gaming services on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12.1 scrplay3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By registering and using the Platform, you consent to scrplay3's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under scrplay3's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and scrplay3, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] and allow scrplay3 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. scrplay3 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under scrplay3's applicable gaming licence.
14.1 scrplay3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of any revision.
14.2 For material changes, scrplay3 will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or a prominent on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
